Welcome to Snagsure the home of new build inspections, with over 20 years’ experience within new-build development our team have a passion for quality.
Using equipment such as drones, lasers and thermal imaging cameras we inspect your home point by point, using our expertise to find on average 200 issues within your new-build home.
As members of the residential surveyor’s association our reports are inline within industry standards and can support you in the process of rectifying any issues we may find.

Book a snagging survey
Once you’ve got your keys to your brand new property, you’ll have the opportunity to take a good look around and make sure that everything is up to standard. However, while some issues may be obvious some major snags will go unnoticed to the untrained eye.
With an average of between 120-400 snags found per property by our small team of surveyors, an independent snagging inspection is the only way to ensure that issues are found and addressed, avoiding potentially costly repairs in the future.

Book Online
Book online at a time to suit you via the links above – prices start at just £320.

Inspection of your home
Our snagging surveyor will arrive as arranged and conduct a thorough inspection of your new build home, lasting up to six hours depending on the size of the property. Thorough, clearly formatted photographic snagging report for submission to your developer.

Report Ready!
Following the inspection, your surveyor will produce a clear, easy to understand photographic snagging survey audit for you to issue to your developers, highlighting every fault found. Appointment re-arrangement free of charge, to suit your busy schedule.

On-going Support
We’ll continue to support you throughout your developer’s rectification works to ensure all issues are corrected to the appropriate quality standards.
